Easter 2010

Enjoying a piece of candy after the egg hunt.

Gently breaking an egg on daddy's head.

Her loot! The kid scored! :-)

Mommy and Lilah, eating a cupcake.

Hanging with great-grandpa.

Giving great-grandpa loves!

Swinging!

Jumping with grandma and Kay Kay.

Exhausted, before the day even began!

We had a great Easter this year - probably the best Easter in quite some time. Lilah was so much fun! She woke up to little bunny prints in the house, leading to her Easter basket. She also had her own private egg hunt at home. We then packed up the family and headed to Riverside to Chris' aunt Sonia's house.
After enjoying lots of yummy food, we had a huge Easter egg hunt for all of the kids. Chris' family uses regular egg shells filled with confetti... so the kids enjoy smashing them on everyone else's heads! It was a great, and exhausting day!!!

Bowland Christmas

When we got back home daddy put together the bike that we got her...

Wearing her fur coat and play heels, while driving! Glamorous!

Her new fur coat!

And fancy boots! :-)

Carter and Lilah, riding on their new motorized cars!

Taking baby for a drive!

Uncle Dave, reading a story to Lilah and Carter.

Kisses from Noni!

Getting cozy with Trapper...

For Christmas, we traveled up to Lincoln, CA to spend it with my parents and family. We had a great trip! We were there from Christmas Eve through the following Monday morning and Lilah had a blast! She was spoiled, beyond belief, up there - from her motorized car to her fur coat! Needless to say, we need a bigger house for all of her gifts! :-)
Next year we are going to stay home and start our own Christmas tradition of waking up in our own house to see what Santa has brought! Hope everyone had a great Christmas this year!

Rodriguez Christmas

Playing in her tent, feeding her baby.

Giving love to her new baby!

She couldn't wait for us to get it out of the box!

A new baby!!!

Lilah and Mikella... opening presents!

Her new soccer ball from Auntie Laura, Uncle Mike and Mikella.

This year, like every year, we did Christmas with Chris' family early. Lilah had a blast opening up her presents as well as Mikella's! She was definitely spoiled over at Grandma and Grandpa's house. The highlight - her very own baby doll!

Our Christmas Tree...

Our Christmas Tree...

Santa's entrance!

Lilah, checking it out... soon after, she took a ball of the tree and dropped it on the kitchen floor... what a brat! :-)

Daddy was getting the tree into the stand and Lilah thought it was a good time to climb on top!

Getting cozy by the fire...

Mommy had high hopes for our Christmas tree this year. I wanted to get hot chocolate and go at night, with the whole family. Instead, the flu hit myself and Lilah as well as Auntie Jess. So Sunday when Jess and I were finally feeling okay, we went to Home Depot and got a tree. I just couldn't wait any longer! Lilah had fun helping TiTi decorate... and she can't wait to run out and turn the lights on!

Thanksgiving 2009

Daddy putting mommy's heels on Lilah...

6 inch heels, at that!

Rocking out with the guitar for Guitar Hero - World Tour.

Clomping around in mommy's shoes.

Mary showing Lilah her new Christmas Elf.

Jamming on the drums!

This year we were able to split our Thanksgiving between both families. We ended up with my family in Northridge at my Aunt's house. Lilah had a blast playing with the instruments for Guitar Hero - World Tour. My parents were in town and both sisters, as well as our brother-in-law and nephew. We had a great Thanksgiving and even got a gift! Lilah received her Christmas Elf. It's a stuffed Elf that sits up high (and changes spots each day)... he watches over her and reports back to Santa every night! She loves looking for him every morning!

Newport Beach 2009

Eating Jello all by herself, like a big girl!

Papa was reading to her and she just passed out!

So cute!

At some point she felt the need to shed her shirt, and tried to stick TiTi's phone down her pants! Very random.

Being silly with daddy.

Eating Noni's potato salad.

The view from my parent's time share.

Looking at the fish in the fountain.

My parents have a time share in Newport and decided to come down the week after Thanksgiving. We took Lilah there a few days to hang out. She loved looking at the fish in the fountain and playing in their place. Here are some pictures!
